The Duke offers attractive rates for short-stay accommodations and housing for expats, with stays ranging from a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of six months. Please contact us for a personalized quote. The Duke and the team look forward to helping you have a wonderful time in Den Bosch.
THE STORY
A concept by ‘Duke Hotels’: 6 designer apartments equipped with every convenience. Located in the heart of the shopping district, less than a 5-minute walk from The Duke Boutique Hotel, St. John’s Cathedral, the restaurant street “De Korte Putstraat,” and Central Station. The apartments are located in one of our city’s most beautiful buildings, a former bank branch with distinctive architectural features.
Each apartment features a cozy living room with signature Duke touches, such as a Marshall speaker, a Duke kettlebell, a flat-screen TV mounted on a pantograph, a Milek rug, a luxurious Spanish-design sofa, and much more. We’d love to invite you to our hotel lobby (Kerkstraat 69b) for breakfast or just to enjoy a cup of coffee. Across the street from the apartments, you’ll find our friends at Bagels & Beans and next to us The Happiness Café where you can also enjoy a delicious breakfast.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The Duke Boutique Hotel & Apartments are located right in the heart of ‘s-Hertogenbosch (also known as Den Bosch). Our city offers a wide variety of hospitality industry, retail & culture. A centuries-old fortified city built around our famous St. John’s Cathedral. The Parade, with its magnificent facade, is a true gem, and the market square is the heart of our city. The Korte Putstraat is known for its diverse selection of restaurants and bars with lovely outdoor seating, offering something for everyone. All ‘Duke Family Members’ are locals and can tell you all about the city’s secrets and the best spots to visit.
Parking is available at public parking garages within walking distance. Check out the options for Parking in Den Bosch. For stays of two weeks or longer, a parking space is available at the apartment upon request.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Before that time, you may leave your luggage temporarily at our hotel on Kerkstraat: The Duke Boutique Hotel. One day before your arrival, you will receive a code that allows you to retrieve the key from the safe and unlock the apartment.
When checking out, please leave the key on the table. Check-out is available until 11:00 a.m. If the key is missing, we will be forced to replace the locks. We will charge a fee for this as specified in the booking policy.
The front desk team is on duty at The Duke Boutique Hotel, located a 5-minute walk away. Weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Of course, we can also be reached by phone at night, and our night porter will be available to assist our guests.
